Pumping Stations

A Non Slam (NS) or Surge Arresting (SA) valve is designed for use in applications where pipeline characteristics may lead to liquid column separation, potentially resulting in surge conditions.

The BC/ PR- Pressure reducing, solenoid controlled booster pump control valve will minimize pump starting and stopping surges by slowly opening at pump startup and slowly closing prior to pump shutdown. Opening and closing speeds are adjustable. the valve will limit the maximal downstream pressure while in operation.

The BC/ PS – Pump Control and Pressure-sustaining Valve minimizes pressure surges at the pump site during start and stop phases. This valve reduces surges by slowly opening during pump startup and gradually closing before pump shutdown, ensuring smooth and stable operation.

The PS[R] - Pressure-sustaining/ relief Valve minimizes or prevents pressure surges at the pump site during rapid demand changes. Maintaining a steady, predetermined pressure in the network upstream of its location, this valve ensures stability and reliable system performance.

The QR – Quick Pressure Relief Valve safeguards the system by rapidly releasing excess pressure, preventing surges and water hammer. It opens instantly when pressure exceeds safe levels and closes slowly at an adjustable pace once pressure stabilizes.

The DW – Deep Well Pump Control Valve minimizes pressure surges, ensuring system stability. It gradually closes at startup to increase pressure and slowly opens before shutdown to reduce pressure, enabling smooth, surge-free operation.

The BC – Diaphragm-Actuated, Rigid Seal, Pump Control Globe Valve minimizes pressure surges at the pump site during startup and shutdown. It gradually opens at startup and slowly closes before shutdown, ensuring system stability. In a power failure, it closes instantly, protecting the system from disruption.
