DOROT CXPR

Pressure Reducing, 2-way, Metal Pilot Valve

DOROT CXPR, is a 2-way, Diaphragm-actuated, Spring-loaded, Pressure Reducing Pilot Valve, designed to control hydraulic valves. The pilot modulates to keep a steady, preset downstream pressure.
Operation principle
As downstream pressure falls below the preset value, the pilot valve opens a full passage between "IN" and "OUT" ports. This allows the main valve to open by venting the control chamber pressure to the downstream. As downstream pressure rises above the preset value, the pilot valve throttles the internal passage, restricting flow out from the main valve control chamber; causing it to either maintain position or close, if necessary.
